![]() It got pretty annoying and if it weren't for my commitment to finishing the game, then I would've packed it in. Speaking of the stealth mode, I was in permanent stealth mode most of the time, because the monsters just kept spawning every 10 seconds. ![]() That being said it does not work here, and it makes the game a little bit harder when it comes to stealth mode. I have no problem with this camera angle usually in games like this, it's in this way in Hades and I'm fine with it. The Lost Gods - I have mixed feelings for this one. 10/10, thoroughly enjoyed it and it deserved to be a fully finished game, not a DLC. I actually really like the story here as well, and I think Ubisoft really should've made this the sequel and not a DLC. However, his impulsiveness adds to his character rather than ruins it. He has his own personality and is a bit more impulsive, unlike Fenyx who thinks things out. Our protagonist, Ku, isn't just another Fenyx in a new skin which is quite nice. Again, if you like Vaults, this ups them a level (not to the level of A New God in difficulty, but in their design and how they work). I would probably have a problem with it if it was an actual sequel or an entirely new game. ![]() Is it just the same as the base game mechanics with a new skin and a different story? Yes. The Myths of the Eastern Realm - If you prefer the story aspect of Fenyx Rising this is the DLC for you. It does the job it set out to do and nothing more. It's frustrating at times, but I quite liked it. I had to play it on Story Mode just to get through it, and even then it was still quite difficult. Big warning though, this DLC is a lot harder than the original game is. As someone who brought all three, here are my reviews:Ī New God - If you like the Vaults, this DLC is for you.
